Key responsibilities will include:
- Lead the full HR strategy for a regional workforce of 8,000+ employees.
- Drive organisational transformation, digitalisation of HR, and performance/talent management frameworks.
- Redesign compensation & benefits, implementing structures that incentivise performance.
- Strengthen recruitment practices and elevate talent acquisition capability across all business units.
- Partner closely with multiple GMs and senior leadership to influence business direction.
- Oversee payroll, employee relations, grievances, and HR operations across multi-site business units.
- Build capability within the HR team, elevating standards and developing strategic HR capacity.
- Support readiness for future IPO plans through organisational and people initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Chief Human Resources Officer should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in strategic HR leadership within large organisations with 5k+ head count.
- Strong Middle East experience is essential.
- Industry exposure within construction, retail, manufacturing, facilities management or hospitality.
- Strategic HR with depth in human capital, talent, performance, and organisational design.
- Strong gravitas; able to present confidently, influence senior leaders, and communicate with conviction.
- Able to challenge constructively, introduce modern HR practices, and bring strategic vision.
