المهام الوظيفية:

• Lead route planning and technical direction , ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
• Develop and implement technology strategies , including the establishment and continuous improvement of technical systems and frameworks.
• Establish and enforce project execution and quality standards to ensure consistent delivery and operational excellence.
• Oversee the implementation of key project decisions , ensuring effective coordination and timely execution.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks , implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Integrate and expand a network of high-level technical experts to strengthen the organization’s technical capabilities.
• Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies in ground engineering , ensuring the organization remains aligned with industry advancements.
• Lead the development and strengthening of the technical team , fostering expertise, collaboration, and innovation.

Job Requirements:

• Senior Professional with over 15 years of professional experience in oil and gas field design.
• Strong background in Process Engineering , with solid technical expertise in the field.
• Specialized expertise in a key area of surface engineering , with the ability to provide technical leadership in that domain.
• Broad knowledge of related engineering technologies , enabling cross-disciplinary understanding and collaboration.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent project management qualification is preferred .
