About The Role

We’re hiring a hands‑on CTO for a high‑growth fintech disrupting the UAE’s Finance sector. This role is mission‑critical—leading all technical efforts from platform development.

• Lead architecture and development of a compliant, scalable financial platform
• Own real‑time transaction engine and API integrations with banks
• Guide the dev team with clarity through sprints, compliance demands, and go‑lives
• Balance security, speed, and stability in a regulated environment

المتطلبات

• 12+ years in tech/product/software engineering (preferably fintech)
• Proven banking integration experience (APIs, real‑time systems)
• Background in consumer lending, payments, or transaction‑based products
• Leadership experience in regulated ecosystems (banking/fintech startups)
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science (Master’s preferred)

Bonus Points

• Automotive lending or embedded credit platform experience
• Knowledge of UAE banking regulatory tech requirements
