المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or similar field (Master’s preferred)
• 6–10 years of experience in site/civil design, grading, or land development – ideally for residential or mixed-use projects
• Strong technical grounding in grading design, stormwater systems, drainage modeling, and road network layouts
• Hands-on experience with Revit and other design tools (like AutoCAD Civil 3D etc.)
• Comfort working across disciplines and time zones
