Overview

Required a bachelor’s degree holder with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with a real estate developer. As a Real Estate Customer Service/Experience Representative, you will be part of an ORO24 Developments Customer Service/Experience Team that strives to provide best in class service to customers. You will guide customers to complete unit/property documentation and registration. You will follow up with customers on critical and pending issues relating to projects, such as termination of contract, cancellation of contract, transfer letters for the project, and defaulters. Fully aware of the regulations and laws pertaining to Dubai RERA. Provide customers with an exceptional quality service experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with a real estate developer.
• Experience in Real Estate Customer Service/Experience roles.
• Knowledge of Dubai RERA regulations and laws.
