Clinical Laboratory Quality Assurance (QA) Manager

My client is a leading healthcare brand in Abu Dhabi which owns many clinics and pharmacies. They have a great opportunity for a Clinical Laboratory Quality Assurance (QA) Manager.

The manager is responsible for many quality issues in the clinical laboratory, including ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, conducting gap analysis, and developing, implementing, and maintaining a quality management system; either directly or by delegation, and under the direction of the Director of Laboratory Operations.

2. Conduct gap analysis.
3. Develop, implement, and maintain a quality management system.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years of clinical laboratory experience.
2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
3. Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and with both internal and external stakeholders.
4. Strong leadership and decision-making skills; ability to communicate ideas, opinions, and counterarguments in a proactive and professional manner.
5. Demonstrated understanding of and experience working with HAAD, CAP, and JCI.
