As our client, one of the biggest crypto exchange platform globally, continues to expand across global markets and navigate industry cycles, they are seeking a Head of Marketing/ CMO to own and scale its global brand.

Job location: Abu Dhabi or Dubai.

This role is accountable for shaping the brand strategy, narrative, and end-to-end execution, ensuring our client’s brand remains clear, credible, and consistent across all external touchpoints. You will collaborate closely with the executive leadership team and cross-functional departments to translate business ambitions into a strong, enduring brand identity.

You will lead three core teams – PR/Communications, Community, and Social Media – aligning overarching strategies, key priorities, and operational standards while empowering each team to deliver scalable, high-impact results.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and evolve our client’s global brand strategy and positioning, translating core business priorities into a clear, differentiated brand narrative that resonates across markets.
  • Own the full brand governance framework, including the development and enforcement of brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity standards, guaranteeing quality and consistency across all regions.
  • Lead flagship brand campaigns and storytelling initiatives, setting the creative direction for major product launches, strategic partnerships, and global sponsorships.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to the leadership team, collaborating closely with Product, Growth, Communications, and regional teams to drive brand building and reputation management efforts.
  • Build and lead a high-performing brand organization, establishing scalable operational processes and fostering a culture of ownership, professional craftsmanship, and sound strategic judgment.

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, branding, brand strategy, or integrated marketing, with a proven track record in global or fast-growth business environments.
  • Demonstrated success in brand building, social media management, or community operations at an international or regional level, with measurable achievements to showcase.
  • Proven ability to design and execute scalable brand strategies across multiple global markets.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking paired with a sharp creative instinct and strong storytelling capabilities.
  • A strong sense of ownership and sound business judgment, with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing organizational and market contexts.
  • Mandatory experience in the crypto, fintech, technology, or regulated financial industries; crypto industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience in managing large-scale crypto industry events is a significant plus.
  • Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to influence senior stakeholders through clear, concise, and credible messaging.
