China State Construction Middle East (CSCEC ME) is recruiting a Construction Director to lead all civil works for a major High-Speed Rail (HSR) underground and at-grade station project.

• Lead excavation, diaphragm walls/secant piles, shoring, dewatering, structural concrete, waterproofing, and permanent works
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and civil scope coordination with design, rail systems, architectural & MEP teams
• Ensure compliance with contract, schedule, budget, safety, and quality standards
• Oversee deep excavation and high-risk underground activities
• Monitor progress, cost performance, risks (ground movement, settlement, water ingress), and mitigation plans
• Interface with client representatives, consultants, and government authorities.
• Attend technical and progress meetings.
• Ensure civil works compliance with railway authority standards and underground construction codes.
• Ensure civil works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and international standards.
• Oversee inspections, testing, and quality documentation.

• Base slab, concourse slab, roof slab
• Structural reinforced concrete works
• Waterproofing systems
• Backfilling and reinstatement
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• 15–20+ years in heavy civil infrastructure
• Minimum 5 years leading underground/metro/HSR station projects
• Strong expertise in deep excavation and underground structures
• Excellent leadership, commercial awareness, and stakeholder management skills
