نبحث عن Construction Manager with expertise in roads and bridges projects to join our team in Abu Dhabi or Dubai and support the successful delivery of complex infrastructure developments.

المهام الأساسية

• Act as the single point of accountability for construction supervision delivery on transport infrastructure projects.
• Oversee site team recruitment, site mobilisation, day-to-day site supervision team operations and client interfaces ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and programme requirements.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource management to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage construction contracts, claims, and commercial aspects in line with project objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Provide leadership to site teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and performance.
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation measures to maintain project momentum.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management.
• Minimum of 18 years’ experience in construction management, with a strong track record on roads and bridges projects. Previous experience as a Senior Resident Engineer or Resident Engineer is required.
• Proven track record working with major developers and transport/infrastructure authorities across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Experience with key entities such as RTA, DEWA, DM, ADM, DMT is considered highly beneficial.
• In-depth knowledge of contract management, including contract administration, compliance, claims mitigation, claims evaluation and resolution, working with standard forms of contract (e.g., FIDIC).
• Professional registration (e.g., PMP, Chartered Engineer, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
