Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Pediatric Psychiatrist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic . This role involves the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health conditions in children and adolescents, working closely with families and allied healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, culturally sensitive care.

المهام الأساسية

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments for children and adolescents
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of pediatric mental health conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including psychotherapy and medication management where appropriate
• Provide ongoing follow-up and monitoring of patients’ progress
• Work collaboratively with psychologists, pediatricians, therapists, nurses, and school counselors
• Engage and support families, offering education and guidance in Arabic and English as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential medical records
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and clinical meetings
• Adhere to DHA regulations, ethical standards, and best clinical practices

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Fluency in Arabic (essential); strong English communication skills required
• Proven experience working with children in a clinical setting
• Strong diagnostic, clinical, and interpersonal skills
• Culturally sensitive approach to patient care
