Paralegal – Corporate/Funds Team

We are working on an excellent opportunity with several firms, including an international and offshore firm in Dubai, to join their Corporate/Funds team.

These opportunities offer exposure to high‑profile, complex transactions, working closely with market‑leading partners and top‑tier regional and international clients across dynamic and fast‑paced practices.

• Paralegal experience within Corporate and/or Funds practice areas.
• Experience gained at an international, regional, or offshore law firm.
• Strong understanding of corporate transactions, fund structuring, and related documentation.
• Bilingual candidates (Arabic/English) strongly preferred.
• Open to candidates at all levels of experience.
