Role Overview

We are partnering with a UAE Federal Government Entity to help fill the following vacancy: Data Architect. This is a full‑time position that will be directly employed by our client. Our role is to assist in the recruitment process; further details will be provided to shortlisted applicants.

About the Role

Our client is looking for a Data Architect to lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable data systems that support complex integration and operational requirements. The role sits at the core of the data ecosystem, ensuring that data flows seamlessly, accurately, and efficiently across multiple systems and environments.

Qualifications and Skills

• 7+ years of data architecture experience with deep Oracle and SQL Server expertise.
• Informatica PowerCenter (or equivalent ETL platform) experience.
• Change Data Capture (CDC) for incremental and near real‑time sync.
• Complex source‑to‑target mapping across large schema landscapes.
• Bidirectional sync with conflict resolution strategies.
• Data quality profiling, validation, and reconciliation frameworks.
• Data governance, lineage tracking, and metadata cataloguing.
• Domain‑driven data modelling (database‑per‑service patterns) – good to have.
• Liquibase or equivalent schema change management – good to have.
• Physical schema design from logical/conceptual models – good to have.
