  • Assist physicians in delivering non-surgical facial treatments and procedures in accordance with established protocols.
  • Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies to ensure a safe and sterile environment for all procedures.
  • Administer injectable treatments, such as dermal fillers and neuromodulators, under physician supervision.
  • Educate clients on pre- and post-procedure care, answering questions and addressing concerns to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Monitor clients during and after treatments, promptly identifying and responding to any adverse reactions or complications.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documenting treatments, observations, and follow-up care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine.
  • Uphold the highest standards of infection control, safety, and client confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year and up to 4 years of nursing experience, preferably in aesthetics, dermatology, or a related medical field.
  • Valid nursing license and registration in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Demonstrated experience with non-surgical facial treatments or willingness to undergo specialized training.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centered approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of care.
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records and documentation.
  • Flexibility to work full-time, under limited supervision, and in an on-site setting.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for a high-end medical aesthetics environment.
