TaskUs is seeking a Director, Business Development (AI Services) to spearhead growth within the U.S. AI ecosystem, act as a strategic driver, and transform our GTM strategy. As a high-impact growth architect, you will aggressively help scale the organization’s footprint through the acquisition of enterprise and high-growth AI logos.

• 5+ years of experience in B2B account management, customer success, business development, or client services
• Demonstrated ability to proactively generate new opportunities through relationship-building, in-person events, and ecosystem engagement.
• Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of accounts with a structured and scalable approach
• Experience working with technical or product-focused customers and translating their needs into talent or services solutions.
• Data fluency, including experience using dashboards and metrics to inform strategy and performance.
