A leading trading platform in Dubai is seeking a Director to define and maintain their enterprise risk management strategy. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in risk management within regulated financial services, ideally within digital assets. Strong understanding of blockchain-specific risks, and communication skills to convey complex issues to senior stakeholders are essential. This role encompasses leadership of the Risk Committee and building strong relationships with regulatory bodies for compliance.
