The Opportunity

We are looking for a strategic leader to drive GODO’s business development initiatives across MENA. This is a unique opportunity to shape the company’s growth strategy, build key relationships, and establish GODO as a market leader in the region. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in financial services, a strong network, and a passion for fintech and trading. Fluency in Arabic is a must.

المهام الأساسية

  • Market Expansion & Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business growth plan for the MENA region.
  • Sales & Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard institutional and retail clients, drive sales efforts, and optimize revenue growth.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Navigation: Work with legal teams to ensure adherence to local financial regulations and licensing requirements.
  • Partnership Development: Establish and nurture key partnerships with brokers, financial institutions, affiliates, and high-net-worth clients.
  • Brand Positioning & Market Awareness: Enhance GODO’s brand presence through regional marketing campaigns, networking, and industry events.
  • Product Adaptation & Localization: Collaborate with product teams to tailor GODO’s offerings to the needs of MENA traders.
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee business operations in the region, ensuring efficiency and high performance.

Who You Are

  • A seasoned business development leader with 7+ years of experience in FX, CFDs, or financial services within the MENA region.
  • Deep understanding of MENA’s regulatory landscape and financial markets.
  • A strong track record in client acquisition, institutional sales, and partnership development.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in عربي is required; English proficiency is highly preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and lead a regional team.
