Role description:

This is a full-time on-site role for Director of Financial Resources Department at Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology located in Dubai with federal government experience .

المسؤوليات:

• Managing the organizational units affiliated with the department, monitoring their performance, and preparing reports to prevent duplication of objectives and tasks.
• Preparing the proposed strategic and operational plan for the department, developing performance indicators, and working to achieve them
• Supervising the preparation of final accounts and financial reports by the relevant organizational unit affiliated with the department
• Supervising the preparation of the payroll budget and reviewing its implementation to ensure proper disbursement
• Supervising the preparation of studies and submitting proposals to reduce costs and limit spending
• Communicating and coordinating with the Ministry of Finance regarding decisions and laws, the distribution of roles, and their optimal implementation
• Performing periodic monitoring of performance indicators, reviewing achievement rates, evaluating the performance of department employees, and preparing and submitting the department’s annual report to senior management
• Following up on reports from the Audit Bureau and overseeing responses to them

Preferred qualifications:

• Master in Finance + 7years experience
• Bachelor in Finance + 10 years experience
• Master in Accounting + 7years experience
• Bachelor in Accounting + 10 years experience
