On Leading the Off-Plan Team

Fintan leads Allsopp & Allsopp’s off-plan division with a focus on delivering results for both clients and developers. He works closely with developers to understand project offerings, timelines, and investment potential, ensuring that clients receive the most accurate and up-to-date advice. “My goal is to provide a seamless experience for buyers while helping developers achieve their sales objectives,” he explains.

On Working in the Dubai Property Market

Fintan moved to Dubai in 2015 with his family to further his career in real estate. Over the years, he has cultivated strong relationships with developers, brokers, and clients alike, becoming a trusted name in the off-plan market. “What I do best is listen to my clients, understand their needs, and deliver on my promise, all while maintaining a professional yet personable approach,” he says.
