We are looking for a senior leader capable of building, launching, and scaling a luxury beauty salon chain and franchise model in Dubai from the ground up.

This is not a single-salon management role.

This position is for someone who has built salons, created systems, launched branches, and understands franchise execution.

Launch new salons from concept to opening

Design and execute a scalable chain and franchise structure

Build and lead management and operational teams

Develop SOPs, training systems, and quality control frameworks

Oversee and scale multiple salon branches

Prepare and manage franchise operational models

Supervise location setup, staffing, opening, and stabilization

Control profitability, costs, and performance across branches

Report directly to senior management

المتطلبات

Proven experience in salon chain or franchise development

Hands-on experience in Dubai / UAE market

Strong team-building and leadership capability

Deep understanding of luxury salon operations

Execution-driven, system-minded, results-oriented

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Not Suitable For

Single-branch-only salon managers

Strategy-only profiles without execution experience

Candidates without launch or scaling background
