I am currently partnering with a privately owned global FMCG organisation to appoint a Group Total Reward, Compensation & Analytics Director to lead the establishment of a Group Centre of Expertise for Reward, Compensation Architecture and Workforce Analytics.

This is a strategic governance and modernisation mandate operating at Group level.

The role will act as the intellectual and structural anchor for reward across multiple clusters, shaping compensation architecture, executive incentives and analytics capability while strengthening governance in a complex international environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Define and embed a unified Group Total Reward philosophy
  • Design executive compensation and incentive architecture aligned to business performance
  • Harmonise grading, job architecture and compensation frameworks across clusters
  • Build advanced workforce analytics and compensation modelling capability
  • Implement AI-enabled reward analytics and technology platforms
  • Ensure governance resilience in regulated and sanctioned environments
  • Translate compensation data into Board-level commercial insights

This role does not manage operational HR processes.

It owns the architecture, governance and analytics behind how reward drives business performance.

Key requirements:

  • 12+ years’ experience in Total Reward / Compensation / Workforce Analytics
  • Experience within FMCG, manufacturing or complex multi-site environments
  • Demonstrated exposure to sanctioned or highly regulated markets
  • Strong financial and commercial literacy (EBIT, margin, cost ratios)
  • Advanced Excel modelling and compensation analytics capability
  • Experience implementing reward technology and analytics platforms
  • Ability to engage confidently with C-suite and Board stakeholders
  • Russian speaker would be highly preferred
