Overview

We are looking for a detail-driven BIM Draghtsman – MEP to join our engineering team at Meraki Integrated Contracting . You will be responsible for creating and managing accurate 3D MEP models, coordinating across disciplines, and supporting the site and design teams with clear, execution-ready documentation.

المهام الأساسية

• Develop 3D BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems using Revit and AutoCAD MEP.
• Generate shop drawings, coordinated layouts, and detailed sections based on project specifications.
• Collaborate with architectural, structural, and civil teams to ensure clash-free, coordinated models.
• Conduct clash detection using Navisworks and resolve conflicts in coordination with site and design teams.
• Maintain updated drawing logs and ensure models meet the required Level of Detail (LOD) and project standards.
• Support the construction team with drawing revisions, RFIs, and documentation during execution.

المتطلبات

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Drafting Technology.
• 3-5 years of experience in MEP BIM Modelling, preferably within UAE construction projects.
• Proficient in Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks, and other coordination tools.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical systems.
• Experience working with site teams and resolving technical issues during execution.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and interdisciplinary coordination.
