We are partnering with a growing digital assets firm in Dubai looking to hire a Compliance Officer & MLRO to lead their regulatory and AML function.

This is a critical role focused on VARA licensing, regulatory alignment, and ongoing compliance oversight , working directly with senior leadership and regulators.

• Proven experience working with VARA regulations (mandatory)

• Experience as Compliance Officer / MLRO / Deputy MLRO in crypto, fintech, or financial services

• Strong hands-on expertise in AML/CFT, KYC/CDD/EDD, transaction monitoring, and STR/SAR reporting

• Prior experience dealing with regulators, audits, and licensing processes

• This is an onsite role in Dubai

• Visa sponsorship is not provided at the initial stage

• Candidates must be based in the UAE or able to arrange their own visa initially
