We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 CE Techno-Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is a blend of technical expertise and functional insight, responsible for the implementation, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery, helping organizations streamline customer relationship management processes.

Key Responsibilities of Dynamics 365 CE Techno-Functional Consultant

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to CRM functionalities.
Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions, including customization and configuration.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate third-party applications and develop custom plugins or workflows.
Lead client workshops and training sessions to ensure successful user adoption.
Provide end-to-end support for CRM implementations, from initial planning to go-live and post-implementation support.
Troubleshoot system issues and implement solutions to enhance performance and usability.
Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and customizations.
Stay updated with Microsoft Dynamics CE platform updates and best practices.
