Content & E-Learning Manager (Tech Focus)

About the Company

A client of mine is an emerging e-learning startup making the world’s most in-demand tech topics accessible for everyone — from AI to blockchain and beyond. They’re building modern, engaging content and scaling globally.

They’re now hiring their first team member in Dubai to help shape the future of learning and build the foundation of their local office.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow the digital storefront (Webflow, Shopify, or similar).
• Research and source cutting-edge tech learning content.
• Support video learning asset creation using modern tools.
• Own the content pipeline across text, audio, and video.
• Support operational setup of the Dubai office and take a hands-on role in early company building.
• Work directly with the founders on product, content, and growth strategy.

What We’re Looking For

• Based in Dubai (own visa is a big plus).
• Experience in content creation, e-learning, or digital media.
• Familiarity with content tools (video editing, LMS, or modern learning platforms).
• Strong English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
• Startup mindset: independent, resourceful, and comfortable wearing many hats.
• Open to some hands-on work as the new office is set up.
