المهام الوظيفية:

• Deliver practical training on childcare and early learning activities.
• Develop customized training content tailored to nanny, childminder or caregivers’ roles and responsibilities.
• Provide hands-on guidance on creating safe environments and daily accident prevention for children.
• Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback for skill improvement.
• Keeping up to date with evolving curriculum and best practices.

Preferred Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in early childhood education or nursery teaching.
• Familiarity with educational frameworks and curriculum development.
• Strong understanding of classroom management and students’ development practices.
• Some experience as a trainer or educator in the early years sector would be beneficial.

Required Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in primary education, kindergarten teaching, early childhood education or a related field.
• Professional certifications in early years education are an advantage.
• Teaching or training certification is beneficial.
• IELTS score 7-8 or above/ CEFR equivalent C1.

Skills and Characteristics Required:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Energetic Self-Starter with the ability to engage and motivate students.
• Strong organizational and curriculum development abilities.
• Proficient in using digital tools for training and assessments.
