We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Emergency Nurse , trained to Western standards, to join a prestigious and internationally accredited hospital in دبي . This role is ideal for experienced nurses who thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity environments and are committed to delivering patient-centered emergency care aligned with global best practices.

المهام الأساسية

• Provide high-quality nursing care in a busy Emergency Department, managing a wide range of acute and critical presentations.
• Triage patients effectively and prioritize care based on clinical acuity.
• Perform rapid assessment, initiate urgent interventions, and assist in resuscitation and emergency procedures.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and other emergency treatments under physician guidance.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes in status using clinical judgment.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure timely diagnostics, treatment, and patient flow.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital and regulatory protocols.
• Support patient and family education in urgent and often stressful situations.
• Uphold infection control and safety standards in all emergency care activities.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a Western-accredited institution (e.g., UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, etc.).
• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room (ER) experience in a hospital setting.
• Eligible for or in possession of a DHA license or eligibility letter .
• BLS and ACLS certification (PALS or TNCC preferred).
• Strong critical thinking, clinical decision-making, and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure, fast-paced situations.
• Culturally sensitive, patient-focused, and collaborative.
• Willing to work in Dubai.
