A leading financial institution in Dubai is seeking a hands-on engineering lead to build and maintain internal frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and application deployment templates. This role requires expertise in Infrastructure as Code and experience with Kubernetes. The ideal candidate will also mentor engineers and drive best practices in software development. Preferred experience includes a background in banking or financial services, with at least 10 years in engineering management or as a Senior Technical Architect.
