Qualifications & Skills

• Hold a BEd or Bachelor’s degree with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent.
• A Master’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Experience teaching English to KS4/KS5 or equivalent.
• Willingness to collaborate and share outstanding practice.
• Growth mindset, reflective and solution-focused.
• Creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching; excellent interpersonal skills to work with colleagues, students and parents.
• Proven track record of outstanding teaching and learning.
