Skills : The successful candidate will need:

• A Bachelor of Education degree, or an initial degree plus a relevant teaching qualification such as a PGCE, PGDE or equivalent in English.
• Proven experience teaching Common Core English at high school level, preferably within an American/IB curriculum school.
• Strong knowledge of inquiry-based learning and hands-on English education.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with students, parents and colleagues.
• A strong desire to continually improve their practice and deliver outstanding teaching and learning experiences for their students.
