INFYA is seeking an experienced Events Director to drive the growth and execution of its events business. Based in Dubai, the role requires a strong understanding of the regional market, excellent client relationships, and proven expertise in delivering high-impact events. The Events Director will be responsible for business development, client engagement, and supporting projects from concept through successful delivery.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with INFYA’s event offerings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
• Actively reach out to prospective clients and manage ongoing client engagement
• Lead and respond to RFPs, including strategy, proposal development, and presentations
• Prepare and deliver compelling pitches to secure new projects
• Collaborate with internal teams to support the successful delivery and close-out of projects
• Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and emerging event technologies
• Represent INFYA at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms
• Provide regular reporting and updates to the Senior Management.

• Proven experience in a senior events or experiential role
• Strong network and established relationships within the UAE / regional market
• Solid understanding of the business environment and industry developments
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with senior leadership
