Minimum qualifications:
- 3 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to identify and implement operational efficiencies across administrative and executive functions.
- Ability to solve problems under pressure by prioritizing and acting resourcefully.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage execution and escalation, with effective attention to detail.
- Excellent prioritization skills, including sequencing tasks, managing frequency and understanding the flow of business operations.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $96,000-$138,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. المسؤوليات
- Partner with the Vice Presidents of Trust and Safety and their leadership team as their trusted Administrative Business Partner (ABP) to provide administrative support, managing executive and organization-wide calendars and travel to ensure the Vice Presidents has the required preparatory materials for meetings and events.
- Build operational efficiency by issue spotting, streamlining existing processes, defining new strategies with the executives and their teams.
- Plan, manage, and execute events from team events (i.e., digital and in-person), all hands, leadership forums, and milestone celebrations.
- Execute calendar, expense, event, travel, and office management activities separately, and demonstrate a flexible, solution-oriented approach when adapting to last-minute changes.
- Engage with the admin and local site communities for Trust and Safety to support the organization’s culture and operations.
