• Strong understanding of the full life cycle of FATCA and CRS .
• Good knowledge of KYC processes.
• Experience in project management or project involvement .
• Demonstrates a leadership mindset – confident, capable of advising, consulting, and leading on core FATCA-CRS topics, with a hands-on approach when required.
• Proven experience in handling and analyzing large data sets.

Operational Responsibilities

• Be based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai and work on-site in the office.
• Serve as a core member of the FATCA-CRS project.
• Assist in the preparation and compilation of protocol documentation.
• Provide guidance and support on key elements and obligations of FATCA-CRS.
• Consult and engage with both internal and external stakeholders on critical aspects of FATCA-CRS, including declarations, reporting, technology requirements, system enhancements, and data compilation.

Technical Competencies

• Hands-on experience in implementing FATCA-CRS programs.
• Strong understanding of KYC processes.
• Experience in project management.
