For our office in Dubai, we are looking for a Finance Analyst – UAE – 100% (m/f).

المسؤوليات

• Preparing and reviewing client invoicing, and conducting working capital (WC) analysis.
• Managing subconsultant contracts, payments, and reconciliations.
• Coordinating vendor payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Supporting project-level financial reporting, including WC analysis.
• Assisting in dashboard maintenance and contributing to the development of financial tools for reporting and tracking.
• Providing cashflow analysis support and assisting in forecasting activities.
• Supporting internal and external audits, including preparation of supporting documentation and responding to auditor queries.
• Performing ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required by management.

المتطلبات

• Qualified accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Solid understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles.
• Audit background is preferred.
• Experience in professional services or project-based environments.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI for financial dashboards.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Prior experience in the Middle East is preferred.
