A start up FMCG business with already a wide portfolio of well established distribution partners in Dubai is currently looking to hire a Commercial Manager to spearhead the implementation of its sales and marketing strategies.

As the FMCG Commercial Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:

1. Develop commercial strategy to drive the growth of the business
2. Manage the sales, distribution and marketing team as well as the overall commercial budget
3. Drive the achievement of all KPIs
4. Identify business opportunities in marketing, sales and branding
5. Keep track of and translate market trends into sound commercial strategy and business plans
6. Review and track the monthly report on sales, competition and market share

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

1. Degree level education
2. Strong background in FMCG account management
3. Proven track record of success in commercial management within a similar FMCG business
4. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
5. Excellent people management skills
