• Developing and implementing comprehensive a fundraising policy & framework aligned with the goals of the organisation
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate donors, and philanthropic organisations
• Preparing tailored fundraising proposals and presentations to engage potential donors
• Organising donors events, campaigns, and recognition programs to enhance engagement
• Building and mentoring a high-performing fundraising team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
• Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date donor database and produce regular progress reports
• Ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical fundraising standards and policies

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated success in fundraising within the education sector
• Strong network and access to high-net-worth individuals
• Ideally a deep understanding of the cultural landscape in the GCC
• Strong communication skills, strategic thinking and leadership capabilities
