المسمى الوظيفي:

A reputable hospital in Dubai is seeking a General Practitioner (GP Doctor) to join its clinical team. The GP will be responsible for providing primary medical care , diagnosing and treating a broad range of illnesses, and referring patients to specialists when necessary. The ideal candidate will have a DHA license or eligibility , excellent clinical judgment, and a patient-centered approach to healthcare.

المهام الأساسية:

Clinical Care & Diagnosis:

Conduct routine and urgent medical consultations across all age groups.

Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions .

Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results .

Provide preventive healthcare , including health education and vaccinations.

Refer patients to specialists or consultants when advanced care is needed.

Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and patient histories.

Ensure timely follow-up and monitoring of treatment plans .

Collaborate with nursing and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient care.

Compliance & Safety:

Comply with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations and hospital protocols.

Adhere to infection control and patient safety policies .

Participate in clinical audits, peer reviews, and quality improvement initiatives .

Educate patients and families on medical conditions, treatment plans, and lifestyle modifications .

Offer emotional and psychological support where appropriate.

Candidate Requirements:

Education & Certification:

Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent Required.

Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter Mandatory.

BLS/ACLS certification Preferred.

الخبرة:

Minimum 3 years of clinical experience post-qualification (UAE or international).

Experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings preferred.

Strong clinical and diagnostic skills .

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment .

Familiarity with EMR systems and digital patient records.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
