Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in semiconductor supply chain, product engineering, or NPI program management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science, with an emphasis on computer architecture.
- Experience managing program level sourcing to track hundreds of line items (e.g., components, boards, chips).
- Experience working in a post-silicon validation lab or as a product engineer and Understanding the pain points of bring-up.
- Familiarity with major ATE vendors (e.g., teradyne, advantest) and the ecosystem of probe card/socket suppliers (e.g., formfactor, technoprobe, etc.).
- Understanding of the tape-out to bring-up process.

Ability to operate in a high-ambiguity environment where engineering specifications change frequently and deadlines are critical.

As a Global Commodity Manager, you will lead the sourcing and supply chain execution for our Silicon engineering groups. In this role, you will manage the procurement and logistics for our Test Vehicles (TVs), Multi-Project Wafers (MPWs), and engineering shuttles. You will ensure our design teams have the silicon, test hardware, and fast-turnaround capacity they need to validate new technologies before we commit to high-volume production.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. المسؤوليات
- Drive the execution of cyber shuttles or technology verification vehicles, ensuring mask-set NREs (Non-Recurring Engineering costs) are negotiated and cut in time for tape-out deadlines.
- Manage the flow of engineering WIP (Work in Progress). Be responsible for getting the first wafers from the Fab, through bumping and packaging, and onto the tester in the lab.
- Manage the Research and Development (R&D) silicon budget.
- Track high-value NRE spend (e.g., masks, tooling, IP access fees) and provide should-cost analysis for custom test hardware.
