Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and talented graduates to join our team in the UAE. As a Graduate Engineer at GHD, you will be part of our Graduate Development Program, designed to develop future leaders and technical specialists. You will gain hands-on experience, receive mentoring, and engage in a variety of development activities.

Graduate Development at GHD

GHD’s Graduate Program develops future leaders and technical specialists. During the two-year global graduate development programme, Graduates work with teams across a wide variety of projects in the Water, Energy, Industrial, Property and Buildings sectors both in the UAE and overseas. You will develop decision-making, communication, technical and leadership skills, while learning about our business, values, team, and yourself. We offer mentoring and development activities, on-the-job experience, exposure to diverse projects, and support towards gaining chartered status in your field.

Based in the Abu Dhabi/Dubai office

You will work on a portfolio of different projects and apply your newly acquired skills in various environments. Your role will develop as your knowledge of our business grows.

المهام الأساسية

• Deliver technical assignments, work elements, work packages, and project engineering design activities under supervision.
• Conduct numerical analysis and prepare technical reports.
• Utilize software to undertake engineering design.
• Participate in site visits and design team meetings as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
