Overview

Main Purpose of Role:

The role supports Project Engineers, Senior Project Engineers, and Project Managers to deliver the technical aspects of the projects ensuring client satisfaction.

• Studies Penspen’s project delivery framework and all applicable processes and procedures
• Ensures project execution within time, budget, and QHSE requirements by checking the correct allocation of resources, helping Project Engineers and Project Managers to manage risks, opportunities, and changes
• Ensures project execution, timely payment as per contract and financial close out with appropriate feedback as guided by the Project Engineers and Managers
• Organize / participate in meetings such as project progress review meetings, client weekly meetings, etc
• Assist Sales and Marketing function with bid proposals activities
• Monitoring progress of the project work scope, raising concerns to his/her superiors
• Assists project control department at the beginning of the project to prepare project specific Engineering documents list

Knowledge / Experience (Skills)

• Good level of spoken and written English
• Analytical skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Enthusiastic and keen to learn
• Working knowledge & hands on experience in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
• Team player
