What We’re Looking For
A driven self‑starter with excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills. You are a creative and critical thinker able to conceptualise and implement innovative solutions in a fast‑paced environment. You pay attention to detail, take ownership, and approach tasks with a proactive, can‑do attitude. Your outgoing and approachable nature helps you connect with guests, team members and stakeholders to ensure a memorable FIVE experience.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus. A professional, polished appearance that adheres to FIVE grooming standards is expected.

- Deliver unparalleled Guest Relations services, ensuring each guest’s stay is personalised and unforgettable.
- Coordinate and supervise the daily operations of the Guest Relations team, fostering a collaborative, high‑performance work environment.
- Provide visionary leadership in the development and implementation of innovative guest relations programmes to elevate guest satisfaction.
- Manage and promptly resolve guest inquiries and concerns to ensure a seamless, positive experience.
- Engage with guests, delivering information about hotel services, amenities and local attractions.
- Initiate proactive conversations, offering bespoke recommendations and creating sensational experiences.
- Take charge of guest celebrations/events and contribute to department revenue through premium and curated setups.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the Guest Relations team on the latest trends and service standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a best‑in‑class guest experience.
- Partner with local vendors and partners to secure exclusive offerings for guests and stay informed about nearby attractions.
- Implement and uphold security and confidentiality protocols in handling guest information and requests.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and continuously seek opportunities to enhance guest relations services.
