Key Responsibilities of Head Nurse (with DHA License)

1. Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of nursing staff to ensure high standards of patient care.
2. Develop and implement nursing protocols and procedures in line with healthcare regulations.
3. Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and safety.
4. Monitor and manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
5. Stay abreast of the latest medical advancements and regulatory updates to maintain compliance.
6. Address and resolve patient concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Qualification Required for Head Nurse (with DHA License)

1. 5 years of experience in the Nursing department in UAE.
2. 2 years of head nurse experience in Dubai.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to work well under pressure and make decisions that impact the company’s bottom line.
6. Expert management, administration, and planning skills to manage and evaluate nursing staff.
7. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
8. Proficiency in multitasking and handling stressful situations.
9. Talent for negotiation and collaboration.
10. Good supervisory and delegation skills to lead and direct nursing staff.
11. A wide degree of creativity and latitude.
12. Ability to assist the nurses and manage the team properly by motivating the employees to work.
13. Strong interpersonal communication skills and knowledge about aesthetic procedures/services.
14. Good pleasing personality with excellent communication, planning, organization, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
