Head of AI Operations / AI Team Lead (Italian Speaker)

We are building an international ecosystem focused on AI, digital infrastructure, and high-impact global projects.

We are looking for a key person who can manage and structure a fast-growing AI team.

• Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team (AI, development, marketing, design)
• Build and implement internal processes and workflows
• Oversee onboarding and performance of new hires (6–10 people)
• Ensure execution and delivery of project roadmaps
• Work directly with the founder on strategy and development
• Task organization and project management
• Quality control of team output
• Workflow optimization using AI tools
• Define KPIs and track performance
• Maintain alignment between team and business goals
• Proven experience managing teams (AI/digital preferred)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Execution-focused mindset
• Solid understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, etc.)
• Professional English
