About the Role

This senior leadership role will drive regional expansion across the Middle East, focusing on large-scale mixed-use developments connected to sports, entertainment, and lifestyle destinations.

المسؤوليات

• Lead MENA market expansion, defining and executing the regional business development strategy across Qatar, UAE, and KSA.
• Originate and structure large-scale mixed-use real estate and destination development opportunities linked to sports, entertainment, and lifestyle infrastructure.
• Develop strategic partnerships with sovereign wealth funds, government investment platforms, and institutional investors to support long-term capital formation.
• Identify and secure investment opportunities through joint ventures, PPP structures, and master development agreements with regional stakeholders.
• Establish and operationalize the MENA regional entity, including regulatory licensing, governance structure, and operational framework.
• Build and manage a pipeline of high-value investment opportunities, ensuring alignment with global investment priorities and risk-return targets.
• Lead capital raising initiatives across the region, engaging sovereign funds, institutional investors, and family offices.
• Represent the company with government stakeholders, investment authorities, and strategic partners across the GCC.
• Oversee investment evaluation and deal structuring, including financial modeling, feasibility analysis, and transaction negotiations.
• Build and lead a regional business development function, driving collaboration with global investment, legal, and development teams.

Qualifications

التعليم

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
• MBA or advanced qualification preferred

الخبرة

• 8–15 years in business development, investment origination, private equity, or strategic partnerships
• Experience within real estate, infrastructure, or sovereign-backed investment platforms
