About the Role

We are seeking a senior education leader to own the design and delivery of a large-scale AI-enabled learning program focused on career pathways future skills and student readiness. This role will lead all learning design content production simulations assessments and partner content across a national platform serving tens of thousands of students.

• Own the learning strategy and curriculum framework across all pathways
• Design coherent learning journeys covering
• Lead multidisciplinary teams (designers SMEs producers)
• Ensure content is AI-ready data-driven and scalable
• Align freemium and premium offerings
• Maintain quality relevance and cultural alignment
• Work closely with technology AI and PMO teams

المتطلبات

• 12 years in education EdTech or learning program leadership
• Proven experience leading large-scale digital learning initiatives
• Strong understanding of career readiness and post-secondary pathways
• Experience working with AI-enabled tools (conceptually not technically)
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication skills
• UAE/GCC experience strongly preferred
