A leading global digital asset trading platform is searching for an exceptional Head of Derivatives to lead and scale its global derivatives business.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for a proven trading professional with deep derivatives experience, institutional exposure, and the drive to build and deliver revenue growth in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.

المهام الأساسية

• Own and lead the global derivatives function, driving product strategy, performance, and growth.
• Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team across trading, product, and business development.
• Define and execute strategies for derivatives products including perpetuals, futures, and options.
• Partner with institutional clients, market makers, and liquidity providers to enhance trading activity and market depth.
• Identify and implement new revenue opportunities across institutional and retail segments.
• Collaborate closely with product, risk, and technology teams to improve infrastructure and execution quality.
• Ensure adherence to best‑in‑class trading, risk, and compliance standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record in derivatives trading leadership, ideally within crypto, FX, or commodities.
• Hands‑on experience with crypto derivative product(s) (perpetuals, options, futures).
• Strong background in institutional trading, business development, or revenue ownership.
• Commercially driven mindset with an ability to grow product lines and profitability.
• Excellent team leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Entrepreneurial and results‑oriented someone who can execute, lead, and deliver.
