Summary

This is a critical role in the executive leadership team, overseeing all financial, administrative, and risk management operations for the company. This role demands the development and execution of a comprehensive financial strategy that adheres to performance metrics, ensuring financial integrity and aligning with long‑term organizational goals.

Main Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to shape the long‑term strategic direction of the company.
• Monitor and implement strategic business plans to maintain financial viability.
• Manage capital allocation and budgeting processes effectively.
• Design performance measurement frameworks and financial KPIs.
• Participate in key strategic discussions and decisions at the executive level.
• Oversee all accounting and tax operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Optimize transaction processing systems with strong internal controls.
• Conduct thorough business performance analysis and report findings to the CEO.
• Manage contractual agreements and compliance with financial regulations.
• Lead internal compliance reviews and audits to maintain operational integrity.
• Prepare board papers and manage scheduling for board meetings.

Key Requirements

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration.
• Extensive experience in IT – Services/Managed Services domain.
• 15+ years of financial leadership experience.
• Certified Management Accountant (CMA).Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Experience collaborating with C‑suite executives.
• Must be based in the UAE and have local market experience and understanding of the Technology/IT landscape and ecosystem.

Nice to Have

• Experience with financial information systems and analytics.
• Strong presentation skills to influence stakeholders.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance aspects in finance.

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Position is Executive‑Level, Full‑Time.
