Elaris is a multi‑branch beauty salon group in Dubai and part of Persian Horizon Holdings .

We are hiring a Head of Marketing to lead the brand’s marketing strategy and commercial performance across our salon portfolio, including luxury flagship locations and premium branches.

This is the most senior marketing role in the company, responsible for brand growth, lead generation, influencer partnerships, and marketing‑driven revenue across all branches .

• Define and lead Elaris brand strategy, positioning, and tone of voice
• Manage the full marketing team including brand, content, design, social media, video, PR, and performance marketing
• Lead seasonal and cultural marketing campaigns relevant to the market
• Oversee paid media campaigns (Meta & Google Ads) to drive bookings and revenue
• Drive organic growth across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and WhatsApp communities
• Own PR and influencer strategy , including partnerships, events, and collaborations
• Oversee CRM marketing and retention campaigns
• Monitor marketing performance and support branches in achieving daily and monthly revenue targets
• Manage marketing budgets and external agencies

المتطلبات

• 6+ years of marketing experience , including 2+ years in a senior leadership role
• Mandatory experience in beauty salons, aesthetic clinics, beauty brands, or the wellness industry
• Experience managing marketing teams of 5+ people
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and performance marketing
• Experience with CRM marketing and automation platforms
• Proven experience in PR and influencer marketing
• Strong understanding of Dubai’s multicultural audience
