Our client is a long-established, globally regulated financial services group operating across FX, CFDs, commodities, indices, and digital assets. With a strong international footprint and a rapidly expanding user base, the organization is scaling its global marketing function to drive acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across multiple regulated markets.

They are seeking a Head of Performance Marketing to lead and scale all paid acquisition efforts, optimize marketing ROI, and drive high-quality trader acquisition across global markets.

المهام الأساسية

  • Leading the global performance marketing strategy across all paid channels including Google, Meta, programmatic, affiliate networks, and emerging acquisition platforms, with a strong focus on trader acquisition and deposit-driven growth
  • Owning and optimizing customer acquisition funnels end-to-end, from first touchpoint through to funded accounts and trading activity, ensuring strong conversion and lifetime value
  • Managing and scaling multi-million dollar marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation across channels, geographies, and campaigns based on performance data and ROI metrics
  • Driving data-led decision-making, leveraging analytics tools (e.g., GA4, AppsFlyer, Adjust, internal BI tools) to monitor CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and cohort performance
  • Collaborating closely with Product, CRM, Sales, and Dealing teams to align acquisition strategies with trading behavior, client segmentation, and retention initiatives
  • Overseeing paid media execution and optimization, including campaign structure, audience targeting, bidding strategies, creatives, and landing page performance
  • Building and managing high-performing internal teams and external agencies, ensuring accountability, performance tracking, and continuous improvement
  • Developing and executing A/B testing frameworks across creatives, landing pages, funnels, and messaging to improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and platform policies across all marketing activities, particularly in highly regulated financial services markets
  • Identifying and scaling new acquisition channels and growth opportunities, including affiliates, influencers, partnerships, and alternative media sources
  • Driving localization strategies across key markets to ensure campaigns are tailored to regional behaviors, languages, and regulatory environments

المتطلبات

  • Proven experience in a senior performance marketing leadership role within Forex, CFDs, online trading, or closely related financial services environments
  • Strong understanding of trader acquisition funnels, including KYC onboarding, deposits, and trading activation metrics
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale paid media budgets with clear ownership of ROI, CAC, and revenue impact
  • Deep expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic networks, and affiliate ecosystems
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using performance tracking tools, attribution models, and data visualization platforms
  • Experience working in regulated environments, with a clear understanding of compliance requirements across different jurisdictions
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership
  • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Strong commercial awareness with a focus on revenue growth, cost efficiency, and scalability
  • Experience in multi-region / global campaigns, particularly across MENA, Europe, and Asia is highly preferred
