We’re Hiring: Head of Product Development

We are seeking a visionary and results‑driven Head of Product Development to lead and transform our product portfolio within the mobility.

This is a strategic leadership role for someone who can drive innovation, optimize product lifecycles, and build commercially viable solutions in a fast‑evolving market.

• Lead the design and management of end‑to‑end product and service lifecycles
• Develop innovative and flexible contracting/pricing models aligned with market demands
• Establish product management frameworks, governance models, and best practices
• Drive market research, competitor benchmarking, and opportunity identification
• Collaborate with commercial, operations, and customer teams to ensure product‑market fit
• Ensure profitability, scalability, and continuous improvement of product offerings

Who we’re looking for:

• Proven leadership experience in product development within motors, mobility, or transportation sectors
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, contracts, and revenue optimization
• Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution capability
• Experience in building frameworks, processes, and product governance structures
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
