A leading reinsurance firm is seeking a Head of Property in Dubai to lead the strategic direction and growth of the property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, and proven expertise in portfolio and risk management. This role involves developing and executing strategic plans, securing new business opportunities, leading a team, and overseeing product innovation to enhance competitiveness. Fluency in English is required, with Arabic as an advantage.
